Founded The Stoddard Building Group in 2018 · Based in Colorado Springs · Serving Broadmoor, Monument, Black Forest, Peyton & Falcon
Collin Stoddard is a builder. For more than two decades, he has built businesses, teams, organizations, systems, experiences, and physical spaces—from concept to completion.
Today, Collin owns The Stoddard Building Group, a Colorado-based general contracting company serving the Front Range through custom outdoor living, residential renovations, and select institutional projects. His approach to construction is shaped by years of leading large teams and complex projects. He has helped hundreds of homeowners throughout the Pikes Peak Region complete major renovations and installations, bringing together creative vision, practical planning, budget management, trade coordination, and field execution.
Before focusing professionally on construction, Collin spent more than 15 years in creative, operational, and executive leadership. His project experience includes overseeing the creative and production systems associated with Wooddale Church’s multimillion-dollar campus improvements in Minneapolis, including its award-winning 38,000-square-foot education renovation and the acquisition and renovation of its historic 430-seat Music Box Theatre. At Calvary Bible Church in Boulder, Colorado, he helped transition a mobile campus into a new 50,000-square-foot permanent facility and 650-seat worship center while overseeing its production and creative systems. Later, as Executive Pastor of New Life East, he helped build a new mobile campus from the ground up, engineering its portable systems and operations.
Earlier in his career, Collin co-founded the nationally touring, Dove-nominated recording group 33Miles. The group released multiple nationally charting singles and toured extensively throughout North America. Along the way, Collin helped build the teams, partnerships, production systems, logistics, operations, and business behind the music.
Whether building a company, leading a team, developing an experience, or constructing a physical space, the work has followed the same pattern: see what could be, develop a way to get there, and build it.
Outside of work, Collin trains horses and manages his small ranch on the eastern plains of Colorado with his wife and five children.
